Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, our return policy is not allowed only exchanges and replacements are allowed 

All the exchanged and replaced product will be delievered within 5-7 business days.

Eligibility for Refund & Return We offer refunds or replacements only in the following situations:

• The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

• The product design has a significant error caused by us (e.g., a spelling mistake not present in the original design you approved).

• All the refunds once approved will be credited to the customer original payment mode within 15 business days.

Returns are not accepted for:

• Products with color variations due to different monitor settings.

• Errors in the photo or design provided by the customer.

• Minor variations in size or print placement.

How to Request a Refund or Return To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must contact us at mdmsmartptinters@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damage or error. We will review your request and get in touch with you to process a refund or send a replacement.
